INVITATION FOR TENDERS TO SUPPLY (100 PIECES) GPS SATELLITE RECEIVERS

The Government of Tanzania has set aside funds for the operation of Property and Business Formalization Program – MKURABITA during the Financial year 2011/2012. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the funds be used to cover eligible payment under the contract to supply Handheld GPS Satellite Receivers.

The bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act (Goods, Works, Non Consultant Service and Disposal of Public assets by tender) Regulations, 2005 – Government Notice No. 97 and are open to all Bidders as defined in the Regulations.

  1. A complete set of tender document may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of non-refundable fee of Tshs 100,000/= (Tanzania Shillings One Hundred Thousand only).
     
  2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and the Tender Documents at the office of the Program Coordinator, MKURABITA, Ocean Road Plot No. 20, P. O. Box 7975, Dar es Salaam from 10.00 to 17.00hours Monday to Friday inclusive except on public holidays.
  3. The Bids will not be opened before 12.00 noon on Friday 7th October 2011
  4. The deadline for submission of bids is 07th October 2011. Bids shall be opened in public in the presence of Tenderer or their representatives who choose to attend the opening ceremony.
     
  5. Late Tenders, portion of Tenders, Electronic Tenders, Tenders not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted irrespective of the circumstances.
  6. All bids shall be submitted in three copies (one original plus two copies), properly filled in, and enclosed in plan sealed envelope. The outer cover shall be clearly marked “Tender for the supply of 150 GPS Satellite Receivers” addressed to:-

  • Hakikisha kuwa mipaka ya kijiji imehakikiwa na kupimwa ipasavyo ili kuepusha migogoro ya mipaka na vijiji jirani
  • Kijiji kiwe kimesajiliwa na kupata Cheti cha Ardhi ya Kijiji
  • Kijiji kiwe na jengo linalofaa kwa Masjala ya ardhi ya Kijiji
  • Maombi ya kupimiwa na kupata hati miliki ya kimila yapelekwe kwenye Halmashauri ya Kijiji kwa ajili ya mapendekezo ya kuidhinishwa
  • Maombi lazima yapitishwe na kuidhinishwa na Mkutano Mkuu wa Kijiji
 
 
  • Kutambuliwa na kuainishwa kwa eneo la urasimishaji na Halmashauri husika katika mji, Manispaa au Jiji,
  • Uhamasishaji kwa Uongozi na wananchi wa eneo la urasimishaji,
  • Utayarishaji wa michoro ya mipango miji na kuidhinishwa na mamlaka husika,
  • Upimaji ardhi ya wananchi kulingana na michoro ya mipango miji
  • Uidhinishaji wa ramani za upimaji kwenye mamlaka husika,
  • Utayarishaji na utoaji wa Hati za kumiliki ardhi kwa wamiliki wa ardhi iliyopimwa.
